1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using ScienceComics ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for parents or guardians who create accounts on behalf of their children. You must be at least 18 years old to create a parent account. Children access the platform only through profiles managed by their parent or guardian.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from the parent dashboard or Stripe Customer Portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.
5. Content & Intellectual Property
All comics, illustrations, quizzes, and educational content on ScienceComics are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to access another user's account; (b) reverse-engineer the platform; (c) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (d) upload harmful content or interfere with the Service's operation.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the parent dashboard.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScienceComics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered parent accounts.
